Our dedicated Donsdale Dental Administration Team is the first line of communication between you and the Donsdale Dental dentists. When you first enter our clinic, you will be immediately greeted by either Brenda or Tammi, who will make sure that everything is ready for your appointment. Their warm and friendly demeanour will make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk inside!
Our Administration Team deals with all aspects of our dental clinic, and they work hard to ensure that appointments are scheduled properly and handled to your satisfaction. They also deal with all financial aspects, including insurance and billing. On top of administrative skills, our Administration team members are also well acquainted and quite familiar with the dental terminology and products, so they are able to record and report information effectively.
